The kit is available in two sizes: 1000ml volume with 490cm² of surface area and 2000ml volume with 850cm² of surface area, offered in treated or non-treated versions. It features a large knurled cap for easy grip and includes vented or non-vented cap options suitable for open or closed systems. The bottles are manufactured from medical grade virgin polystyrene, and the tissue culture treated roller bottles provide a uniform hydrophilic surface ideal for consistent cell attachment. They have easy-to-read black printed graduations and are packaged sterile in individual bags. Additionally, the vent caps are equipped with a 0.22µm hydrophobic membrane.
