Centrifuge tubes are available with various special features and packaging options including bag, paper rack, foam rack, and reusable/recyclable plastic rack. They operate within a temperature range of -80°C to 120°C, with graduations printed in bold, easy-to-read black ink accurate to +/-2%. A large white marking area provides excellent contrast for identification, while the easy-to-write-on flat surface of polyethylene (HDPE) caps features an integrated leak-proof seal. The tubes include graduations molded into the conical bottom, making them ideal for pellet viewing and small volume quantification. Additionally, they come in a convenient zip-closure bag as a practical alternative to folding and taping opened bags. The ergonomic flip-top cap is designed for single-handed operation and options include printed marking spots and pre-numbered caps.
