Tissue culture flasks are available in tissue culture treated and non-treated suspension culture versions. The tissue culture treated flasks feature a uniform hydrophilic surface for consistent cell attachment, while the non-treated options cater to different culture requirements. Each flask is packaged in a convenient zip-closure bag, providing a practical alternative to folding and taping open bags. Designed with a large opening and canted neck, these flasks facilitate easy access to the entire flask surface, making them suitable for use with cell scrapers. The stable base allows for upright filling, and the thick, durable walls ensure reliability during use. Each flask is printed with a lot number and expiration date for straightforward identification and tracking. The molded, interlocking T design enhances stacking capability across various sizes, including 75, 182, and 300 cm² as well as 250, 600, and 850 ml flasks. The vent caps incorporate a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane for optimal gas exchange. Notably, the 182 cm² flask provides more growth area than standard 175 cm² flasks, and its deep volume design allows for increased media capacity, enabling prolonged cell culture growth without the risk of drying out or nutrient depletion.
