The cell culture kit is designed for direct growth of cells on standard 25mm x 75mm slides, eliminating the need for future transfers, which facilitates efficient viewing under a microscope. It includes an integrated gasket that prevents cross-contamination between chambers and features an inert hydrophobic green border printed on the slide to clearly define the cell culture area. The chamber holder is equipped with easy flip locks for simple assembly and disassembly, requiring no separation tools. Additionally, packing trays can be repurposed as incubation racks in CO2 incubators. The slides have a uniform hydrophilic surface that ensures consistent cell attachment and are labeled with numeric markings. Importantly, these slides are adhesive-free, enhancing the overall usability and reliability of the kit.
