S. Parker's spring power door closer features a 25 year limited warranty and meets ANSI Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. It includes adjustable closing speed with a range of 1-6 for combined door opening ease and delayed reaction closing adjustment. Specifically designed to meet ADA standards, it eases access for the disabled and is non-handed, suitable for use on right or left hand doors. The closer is UL listed and comes in a polished brass finish.
