The Vlbg-Plus features Ice-Bolt lifting points that can pivot 360 degrees, while the suspension ring allows a 180-degree pivot. It offers an optimal working load limit (WLL) with a captive but exchangeable Ice-Bolt that has special corrosion protection. Each bolt head is clearly marked with RUD, ICE, thread size, batch number, and class of strength, and there is a clear marking indicating the minimum WLL for all loading directions. The kit includes variable bolt lengths available for both tapped and through holes, ensuring quick and easy installation with just one bolt connection. Assembly can be performed using a flat/ring wrench or an Allen key. The product is suitable for a maximum operational temperature range of -40 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius without reduction of WLL, and can withstand a maximum operational temperature of up to 350 degrees Celsius with a reduction in WLL.
