The model LPA is an ergonomic vertical lifting clamp designed for efficiently turning a single plate or member from horizontal to vertical and back through a 180-degree arc. This clamp features an auxiliary push button lock and allows for side loading of the lifting shackle up to 90 degrees by de-rating the clamp's capacity. The "lock open - lock closed" functionality simplifies the process of attaching and removing the clamp from the plate. It also includes a pivoting shackle that supports side loading of the lifting shackle at 100 percent of rated capacity from vertical to 30 degrees, 75 percent of rated capacity from 30 to 45 degrees, and 50 percent of rated capacity from 45 to 90 degrees.
