The Vlbg-Plus features Ice-Bolt lifting points that pivot 360 degrees, while the suspension ring pivots 180 degrees, providing optimal working load limits (WLL) through a captive but exchangeable Ice-Bolt with special corrosion protection. The kit includes a clear marking on the bolt head indicating RUD, ICE, thread size, batch number, and class of strength, along with a clamping spring that reduces noise and holds the suspension ring in the desired position. There are clear markings for the minimum WLL for all loading directions, and the product is available in either metric or UNC thread options. Variable bolt lengths can accommodate tapped or through holes, allowing for quick and easy installation with a single bolt connection, and assembly can be done using a flat/ring wrench or Allen key. The maximum operational temperature range without a reduction in WLL is from -40 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius, while the maximum operation temperature with a reduced WLL is up to 350 degrees Celsius.
