The model JPA is a vertical lifting clamp designed to facilitate the turning of a single plate or member through a 180-degree arc from horizontal to vertical and back. It features a push button auxiliary lock for added security during operation. The clamp allows for side loading of the lifting shackle up to 90 degrees by adjusting the rated capacity accordingly. Specifically, the model JPA includes a pivoting shackle that enables side loading at 100 percent of its rated capacity from vertical to 30 degrees, 75 percent of rated capacity between 30 and 45 degrees, and 50 percent of rated capacity between 45 and 90 degrees.
