The hard hat kit is constructed from ABS material, providing strong yet ultra-light protection for wearers. It features a low profile design for a better balance due to its low center of gravity, along with a rear padded suspension that enhances comfort on the neck. With 4-position harness points, users can adjust the harness forward, backward, up, or down for optimal comfort. The replaceable sweat band is made of padded fabric and polyurethane foam, ensuring all-day wear. A vented pressure pad secures the straps in place while enhancing comfort, while an easy-to-grasp knob allows adjustment of the suspension from 6-1/2 to 8 inches. Additionally, swinging hinge points enable users to find the most comfortable position on the back of the head. The design includes the same options as the standard Ridgeline model but adds air vents at the top and rear, promoting air circulation to keep the head cool and dry. This hard hat complies with the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) standard for hard hats.
