The kit includes a hard hat constructed from ABS material, providing strong yet ultra-light protection for the wearer. Its low profile design ensures a low center of gravity for improved balance, while the rear padded suspension offers additional comfort on the wearer's neck. The hard hat features 4-position harness points, allowing adjustments to move the harness forward, backward, up, or down for optimal positioning and ultimate comfort. A replaceable sweat band made of padded fabric and polyurethane foam enhances all-day wear, and a vented pressure pad keeps the straps secure while adding comfort. The easy-to-grasp knob allows for suspension adjustments ranging from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, and swinging hinge points enable users to find their preferred position at the back of the head. This model includes the same options as the standard Ridgeline hard hat, with the addition of air vents at the top and rear to circulate air, keeping the head cool and dry. The helmet complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) hard hat standards.
