The Vented Ridgeline hardhat is constructed from durable ABS material, providing strong yet ultra-lightweight protection. Its low profile design ensures a low center of gravity for enhanced balance, while the rear padded suspension offers added comfort on the wearer's neck. Featuring 4-position harness points, the hardhat allows for optimal harness adjustment—forward, backward, up, or down—for maximum comfort. A replaceable sweat band made of padded fabric and polyurethane foam ensures all-day wearability. The vented pressure pad keeps the straps in place, adding another layer of comfort. An easy-to-grasp knob allows for suspension adjustment from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, and swinging hinge points permit finding the most comfortable position at the back of the head. This model includes air vents at the top and rear of the hardhat, promoting air circulation to keep the head cool and dry. The Vented Ridgeline hardhats meet Class C standards, with universal accessory slots available and options for custom imprinting.
