The hard hat features a strong yet ultra-light ABS material that provides seemingly weightless protection. It includes a ratchet suspension system that is easy to adjust, allowing the wearer to modify the fit without removing the helmet. A soft brow pad is replaceable for added comfort, and there are also replaceable suspensions and headbands available as options. Custom imprinting is an available feature on the hard hats. The design incorporates a vented pressure pad and universal accessory slots, enhancing versatility. The hard hat includes a 4-point suspension that can be converted to a 6-point suspension using the HP6PTSUS upgrade. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 certification and complies with CAN/CSA Z94.1-15 standards, classified under Type 1, Class E, G, and C. The easy-to-grasp knob adjusts the suspension to fit head sizes from 6-1/2 to 8 inches.
