The Vented Ridgeline hardhat is constructed from durable ABS material, offering strong yet ultra-lightweight protection. It features a low profile design that provides a low center of gravity for improved balance, along with a rear padded suspension for added comfort on the wearer's neck. The hardhat includes 4-position harness points, enabling users to adjust the harness forward, backward, up, or down for optimal comfort. It is equipped with a replaceable sweat band made of padded fabric and polyurethane foam for extended wear, as well as a vented pressure pad that keeps straps secure while enhancing comfort. The easy-to-grasp knob allows suspension adjustment from 6-1/2 inches to 8 inches, and swinging hinge points help find the most comfortable positioning at the back of the head. This model offers the same options as the standard Ridgeline, with additional air vents located at the top and rear to facilitate air circulation, keeping the head cool and dry. The Vented Ridgeline hardhats meet Class C certifications, and they feature universal accessory slots with options for custom imprinting.
