The hard hat features an ABS material that is strong yet ultra-light, providing seemingly weightless protection. It includes a ratchet suspension that can be easily adjusted, allowing the wearer to modify the fit while the hard hat is worn. The soft brow pad is replaceable, and additional replaceable suspensions and headbands are also available. Custom imprinting is an option for the hard hats. The design incorporates an easy-to-grasp knob that adjusts the suspension from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, swinging hinge points, a vented pressure pad, and universal accessory slots. The hard hat comes with a 4-point suspension that can be converted to a 6-point suspension using the HP6PTSUS. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 and is certified to the modification of CAN/CSA Z94.1-15, being categorized as Type 1, Class E, G, and C.
