The LeadHead® auto darkening welding helmet features a stepless variable shade range of 9-13 and a view area measuring 3.858" x 3.425" (98 x 87 mm), equipped with manual internal controls for precise adjustments. Designed for superior comfort, it includes pivot style headgear and is constructed from high-impact resistant nylon. The helmet is enhanced by four independent arc sensors arranged in a staggered design for optimal arc detection, and it offers cutting and grinding modes for versatile use. The high-speed lens reacts in just 1/30,000 of a second, ensuring safety and efficiency. It is powered by both solar cells and a replaceable lithium battery. Additional features include a magnification lens holder and a fully adjustable nylon suspension. This welding helmet meets the ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020 standards for high impact and the CAN/CSA Z94.3-2020 certification, ensuring reliable protection and performance.
