The LeadHead® auto darkening welding helmet features a stepless variable shade range of 9-13 and offers a view area of 3.858" x 3.425" (98 x 87 mm). It is equipped with manual internal controls and includes superior comfort through its pivot style headgear, constructed from high-impact resistant nylon. The helmet is designed with four independent arc sensors in a staggered configuration to ensure reliable arc detection, and it supports both cutting and grinding modes. The high-speed lens operates at 1/30,000 second and is powered by solar cells along with a replaceable lithium battery. Additionally, the helmet comes with a magnification lens holder and features a fully adjustable nylon suspension. It meets ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020 + high impact and CAN/CSA Z94.3-2020 certifications for safety and compliance.
