The hard hat is constructed from ABS material, which is strong yet ultra-light, providing seemingly weightless protection. It features a low profile design that ensures a low center of gravity for improved balance. The rear padded suspension offers an additional level of comfort around the wearer's neck. Its 4-position harness points allow for versatile positioning of the harness—forward, backward, up, or down—ensuring optimal comfort. The replaceable sweat band is made of padded fabric and polyurethane foam, designed for all-day wear, while a vented pressure pad helps keep the straps in place, further enhancing comfort. An easy-to-grasp knob allows for suspension adjustment from 6-1/2 to 8 inches. Additionally, the swinging hinge points provide flexibility in finding the most comfortable position at the back of the head. This model offers the same options as the standard Ridgeline, with the added benefit of air vents at the top and rear, aiding in air circulation to keep the head cool and dry. It complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019 - hard hats).
