The hard hat is constructed from ABS material, providing strong yet ultra-light protection. Its low profile design ensures a low center of gravity for better balance, while the rear padded suspension enhances comfort on the wearer's neck. The hard hat features four-position harness points that allow the user to move the harness forward, backward, up, or down for optimal positioning and comfort. It includes a replaceable sweat band made from padded fabric and polyurethane foam for all-day wear, as well as a vented pressure pad that keeps the straps securely in place for added comfort. The easy-to-grasp knob facilitates suspension adjustment from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, and swinging hinge points allow users to find the most comfortable fit at the back of the head. This model includes the same options as the standard Ridgeline, with the added benefit of air vents at the top and rear of the hard hat to promote airflow and keep the head cool and dry. The hard hat complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) standards.
