The hard hat is constructed from ABS material, providing strong yet ultra-light protection for the wearer. It features an easy-to-adjust ratchet suspension that allows for on-the-fly fit modifications. The soft brow pad is replaceable, ensuring comfort during extended wear. The design includes universal accessory slots and a low profile for enhanced usability, alongside a vented pressure pad for ventilation. Additionally, replaceable suspensions and headbands are available, and custom imprinting options can be applied to the hard hats. The 4-point suspensions can be converted to a 6-point suspension using the HP6PTSUS accessory. This hard hat complies with ANSI Z89.1-2014, Cert. Mod. - CAN/CSA Z94.1-15, Type 1, Class E, G, and C.
