Its low-profile design offers a low center of gravity for enhanced balance, while the rear padded suspension adds an additional level of comfort for the wearer's neck. The system features 4-position harness points, allowing for optimal positioning of the harness to ensure ultimate comfort. Designed for all-day wear, the hard hat includes a replaceable sweat band made from padded fabric and polyurethane foam. A vented pressure pad secures the straps in place, adding further comfort. The easy-to-grasp knob facilitates suspension adjustment from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, and swinging hinge points enable users to find the most comfortable position at the back of the head. This model offers the same options as the standard Ridgeline, with the addition of air vents at the top and rear of the hard hat, promoting air circulation to keep the head cool and dry. It complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) standards for hard hats.
