The kit includes a hard hat made from ABS material, which is strong yet ultra-light, providing seemingly weightless protection. It features a low profile design that offers a low center of gravity for better balance and a rear padded suspension for added comfort on the wearer's neck. The hard hat includes 4-position harness points, enabling the user to adjust the harness forward, backward, up, or down for optimal comfort. It also comes with a replaceable sweat band made of padded fabric and polyurethane foam for all-day wear, and a vented pressure pad that keeps straps in place while enhancing comfort. An easy-to-grasp knob allows for suspension adjustments from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, while swinging hinge points provide additional customization for the most comfortable position at the back of the head. This model retains the same options as the standard Ridgeline hard hat but adds air vents at the top and rear to help circulate air, keeping the head cool and dry. Custom imprinting is also available for personalization.
