The LeadHead® auto darkening welding helmet features a stepless variable shade range of 9-13 and a view area measuring 3.858" x 3.425" (98 x 87 mm). It is equipped with manual internal controls for ease of use and provides superior comfort through its pivot style headgear. Constructed from high-impact resistant nylon, this helmet incorporates four independent arc sensors in a staggered design to ensure reliable arc detection. It offers cutting and grinding modes, along with a high-speed lens with a response time of 1/30,000 second. The helmet is powered by solar cells and a replaceable lithium battery, and includes a magnification lens holder. The fully adjustable nylon suspension ensures a tailored fit, while the helmet meets ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020 + high impact and CAN/CSA Z94.3-2020 certifications.
