The helmet is molded from high-density polyethylene for maximum protection and features a 6-point woven nylon suspension with an easy-turn knob for comfort. It includes Mega Ratchet® sizing, which adjusts to head sizes between 6-1/2 and 8. The hinged, padded ratchet is low-hanging and adjustable for a perfect fit at the nape of the neck, and it accommodates a chin strap along with a variety of hard hat accessories. Additionally, the helmet has a moisture-wicking brow pad that is removable, washable, and replaceable, as well as goggle retaining slots on the suspension. It is certified when the headband is installed in a reverse position and meets the low-temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard. Manufactured in the USA, the helmet complies with ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class C, E & G requirements.
