The Americana® Heat Full Brim Hard Hat is designed for protection in high ambient temperature environments or radiant heat settings, such as steel mills and foundries. It features a 4-point woven nylon suspension that accommodates a chin strap and includes a moisture-wicking brow pad, which is removable, washable, and replaceable. The hard hat adjusts to head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 8 inches through a Mega Ratchet® knob, and the padded, hinged ratchet allows for height adjustment and a personalized fit that hangs low at the neck nape. This hard hat is made in the USA and complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type 1 Class C, E & G standards.
