The high-density polyethylene cap features a short peak and low profile, equipped with a 4-point nylon webbing suspension and an easy-turn knob Mega Ratchet® sizing mechanism that adjusts to head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 8. The hinged, padded ratchet adjustment is designed to hang low and is adjustable for a perfect fit at the nape of the neck, complemented by a functional rain trough. This cap provides accessory slots that accommodate a wide variety of eye, face, and hearing protection, and includes a chin strap accommodation. Goggle retaining slots are molded onto the suspension, while the moisture-wicking brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable. The cap is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position and meets the low-temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard, as well as ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class C, E, and G requirements. It is proudly made in the USA.
