The helmet features a high-density polyethylene cap with a short peak and low profile design, complemented by a 4-point nylon webbing suspension. It includes an easy-turn knob Mega Ratchet® sizing mechanism that adjusts to head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 8. The hinged, padded ratchet adjustment allows for low-hanging and customizable fit at the nape of the neck, along with a functional rain trough. Accessory slots are designed to accommodate a wide variety of eye, face, and hearing protection, and the cap is equipped to hold a chin strap. Additionally, goggle retaining slots are molded onto the suspension for convenience. The moisture-wicking brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable. This helmet is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position and meets the low-temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard. It also complies with ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class C, E, and G requirements and is proudly made in the USA.
