The two-piece clamping collar 2C-series from Climax Metal features a 3/8" bore and a 7/8" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This design fully engages the shaft without causing any marring and allows for easy installation in situations where significant disassembly would otherwise be necessary. It provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
