The two-piece clamping collar 2C-series, manufactured by Climax Metal, features a 1-11/16" bore and a 2-3/4" outside diameter. This aluminum collar is designed to fully engage the shaft without causing marring, making it suitable for applications where major disassembly would otherwise be required. It provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
