Constructed from zinc plated steel, this two-piece clamping collar design fully engages the shaft without marring, allowing for easy installation in situations where major disassembly would otherwise be necessary. It provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars, making it effective on both hard and soft shafts.
