The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a 15/16" bore and a 1-7/8" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This design includes a recessed screw head that ensures an outside surface free of major projections for enhanced safety. The clamping collar fully engages the shaft without causing marring, facilitating easy installation in situations where extensive disassembly would otherwise be necessary. It provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
