The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a 3/8" bore and a 1-1/16" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This clamping collar includes a recessed screw head, which ensures an outside surface free of major projections for enhanced safety. Its design fully engages the shaft without causing marring and allows for easy installation in situations where major disassembly would otherwise be necessary. This collar offers greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
