The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a 7/16" bore and a 1-1/16" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This design includes a recessed screw head, which creates an outside surface free of major projections, enhancing safety. The collar fully engages the shaft without causing marring and can be easily installed in situations where significant disassembly would be otherwise necessary. It offers greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
