The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a bore size of 1-5/16" and an outside diameter of 2-1/4". This clamping collar is constructed from black oxide plated steel and includes a recessed screw head that ensures an outside surface free of major projections for enhanced safety. The design is engineered to fully engage the shaft without causing any marring, allowing for easy installation in situations where significant disassembly would otherwise be necessary. Additionally, it provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
