The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a 2-1/4" bore and a 3-1/2" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This clamping collar is equipped with a recessed screw head, which offers an outside surface free of major projections for enhanced safety. The design fully engages the shaft without causing marring, and it can be easily installed in situations where significant disassembly would otherwise be necessary. It provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
