The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a 5/8" bore and a 1-1/2" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This clamping collar is designed with a recessed screw head, which allows for an outside surface free of major projections, enhancing safety. Its design fully engages the shaft without causing marring, facilitating easy installation in situations where significant disassembly would otherwise be necessary. Additionally, it offers greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
