The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar from Climax Metal features a 2-7/16" bore and a 4" outside diameter, constructed from stainless steel. This design includes a recessed screw head that creates an outside surface free of major projections, enhancing safety. The clamping collar fully engages the shaft without marring and can be easily installed where major disassembly would otherwise be necessary. Additionally, it offers greater axial holding power compared to set screw collars, making it effective for use on both hard and soft shafts.
