The H2C-series two-piece clamping collar by Climax Metal features a bore size of 2-11/16" and an outside diameter of 4-1/4". Constructed from black oxide plated steel, this collar includes a recessed screw head that ensures the outside surface remains free of major projections for enhanced safety. The design fully engages the shaft without causing any marring and allows for easy installation in situations where major disassembly would otherwise be necessary. This clamping collar offers greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
