The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 3/4 x 3/8" hex bushing with NPT male x female threads, engineered to meet ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. These Class 3000 fittings are available in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as environments involving vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions. The socket weld material option is preferred over threaded fittings in most applications to ensure a complete seal and eliminate the possibility of leakage. The fitting is manufactured from stainless steel grades 316 and 316L, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
