The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting features a 3/4 x 3/8" reducing coupling socket weld design, engineered according to ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. These Class 3000 fittings are available in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for a broad range of industrial applications, including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other scenarios where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions exist. The socket weld material is preferred over threaded fittings, as it provides a completely sealed line and eliminates the possibility of leakage.
