The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting features a 3/4" 45 degree elbow socket weld designed according to ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. The Class 3000 fittings are available in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including the chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other scenarios where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions are present. The socket weld material is preferred over threaded fittings in most applications for its ability to completely seal off a line and eliminate the possibility of leakage.
