The 3M SS 304/304L forged pipe fitting is a 1/4" 45-degree elbow socket weld designed and engineered to meet ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. Classified as Class 3000, these fittings come in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other environments involving vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions. The socket weld design is preferred over threaded fittings for its ability to completely seal off a line, thereby eliminating all possibility of leakage.
