The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 1/4" 90 degree elbow with NPT female threads. All fittings are engineered to ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Class 3000 fittings are available in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing, as well as environments with vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions. The socket weld material is preferred over threaded options because it completely seals off the line to eliminate any possibility of leakage.
