The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 3/8" 45-degree elbow socket weld designed for various industrial applications. All fittings are engineered to ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. Class 3000 fittings are available in multiple sizes and shapes, making them suitable for use in chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other applications where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions exist. The socket weld material is preferred over threaded options in most cases, as it provides a complete seal and eliminates the possibility of leakage.
