The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 1-1/4 x 3/4" reducing coupling with NPT female threads, engineered according to ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. This Class 3000 fitting is designed for various industrial applications, including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as situations where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions are present. The socket weld design is preferred over threaded fittings in most applications to ensure complete sealing off of a line and eliminate any possibility of leakage.
