The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 1-1/2 x 1-1/4" reducing coupling with NPT female connections. It is engineered to meet ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. This class 3000 fitting is available in various sizes and shapes, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications such as chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other environments where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions exist. The socket weld material is preferred over threaded options, as it ensures complete sealing of a line and eliminates any possibility of leakage.
