The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 1-1/2 x 1-1/4" hex bushing with NPT male x female ends, engineered to ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. These Class 3000 fittings come in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications such as chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other environments involving vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions. The socket weld material is preferred over threaded fittings for applications requiring a complete seal to eliminate the possibility of leakage.
