The 3M SS 304/304L forged pipe fitting is a 1-1/2 x 1/4" reducing coupling with NPT female threads. All fittings are engineered to meet ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. These Class 3000 fittings come in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other environments where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions occur. Socket weld material is preferred over threaded fittings as it ensures a completely sealed line and eliminates the possibility of leakage.
