The 3M SS 316/316L forged pipe fitting is a 1/4" tee with NPT female connections, engineered to meet ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. Class 3000 fittings are available in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications, including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as other environments where vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions exist. The socket weld material is significantly more popular than threaded options, as most applications require complete sealing of a line to eliminate any possibility of leakage.
