The 3M SS 304/304L forged pipe fitting is a 1-1/2 x 3/8" reducing coupling with NPT female connections. All fittings are engineered to meet ASTM/ASME A/SA182 and ANSI B16.11 specifications. Designed as Class 3000 fittings, they are available in various sizes and shapes, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications, including chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and OEM manufacturing industries, as well as applications that require handling vibration, high pressure, or extremely corrosive conditions. The socket weld material used in these fittings is significantly more popular than threaded alternatives, as it is ideal for completely sealing off a line and eliminating any possibility of leakage.
